After using NZ Green Lipped Mussel for more than twelve months with far superior results to the Glucosamine I had been using, I can’t sing the praises of this natural remedy for arthritis enough – I really do recommend you try it.

I have found the results build slowly – I only really started to notice remarkable relief after 3 months of taking the product as directed – at which point the benefits really became very noticeable. I only recommend Xtend-Life Green Lipped Mussel capsules – I’ve tried other brands but I keep coming back to the genuine quality, value and superb customer service from this small, yet highly innovative company located in the beautiful city of Christchurch, New Zealand. There’s no need to be concerned about the time frame for shipping from New Zealand – I’ve found often times my supplies arrive faster from New Zealand than my mail does from my daughter in New York. I would really appreciate comments from any of you on this post about your experiences of using Green Lipped Mussel Extract. Thanks Don.

Perna canaliculus, Green-lipped mussel is a New Zealand shellfish, the extract of which has been shown to be useful in the treatment of osteoarthritis, rheumatoid Arthritis, bursitis, ankylosing spondylitis, lyme disease, skin inflammation, Connective Tissue Repair and sports related injuries.

People who use this natural supplement often rave about it’s effectiveness in treating their arthritic conditions.
I came across the term septic arthritis when I was doing some research and it sparked my interest. A few years I had strep throat go septic, and boy, was I sick! I was fortunate to have it caught just in time before my kidneys were about to shut down . Since I have Rheumatoid Arthritis, I thought this would be something worth looking into.

Septic arthritis which can also be called infectious arthritis, is the invasion of the joint with bacterial infection; in rare cases fungal or viral infection is the cause. The source of the bacteria is usually carried to the joint by the bloodstream from an infectious source elsewhere in the body. It may also be caused by a lesion or skin ulcer that penetrates the joint, bone or connective tissue.
