Dr. C. Kent Kwoh, professor of medicine and epidemiology in the university’s division of rheumatology and clinical immunology studied 201 people over 24 weeks. One positive aspect of the results is that Glucosamine may have a role to play in managing the related pain of osteoarthritis but not in repairing the joint itself.
